I brought my Ford Edge in for servicing and an oil change recently moving here from San Antonio TX. I am disabled and use a walker for mobility. Greg in your service department went above and beyond in makin recently moving here from San Antonio TX. I am disabled and use a walker for mobility. Greg in your service department went above and beyond in making sure I was informed every step of the way on my car's progress. I remained seated in the waiting area and he came in and explained when my car was finished and walked me to the checkout area. Then Greg made sure I was reunited safely with my vehicle. I truly appreciate the care and consideration shown to me at Family Ford! I now happily have found my new service department in my new hometown. More

The dealership handled my repair very professionally. The repair was done in a timely fashion. Still can’t believe this is the third rack and pinion steering assemble for a car that has only 85,000 miles on repair was done in a timely fashion. Still can’t believe this is the third rack and pinion steering assemble for a car that has only 85,000 miles on it. Ford should have built a better steering system for this $20,000 car. This will be the last Ford vehicle in my lifetime! More
