Trying out different Ford dealerships because the one I have been using service changed with the new owner. Looking to buy a new Ford but I want to buy from a dealer that has good service. My visit to fam have been using service changed with the new owner. Looking to buy a new Ford but I want to buy from a dealer that has good service. My visit to family Ford was ok. The staff was nice and service was prompt. The only complaint would be for the app. I reported the app is not working with the car. The advisor told me to call Ford after not finding what was causing the issue. When arrived home I called Ford and they told me my firmware needs to be updated and that can only be done at the dealership. It was kind upsetting that this couldn’t be solved at the original visit.
