Great car buying experience. Inquired about a vehicle ahead of time and was contacted immediately. I worked with Greg, who was very friendly and courteous. Vehicle shopping is like going to the dentist for me. I dread it. What should be an exciting time is typically a nightmare. Not at Parks Ford and especially not with Greg. We were not there to purchase a I dread it. What should be an exciting time is typically a nightmare. Not at Parks Ford and especially not with Greg. We were not there to purchase a vehicle – we were there for service. While my husband went to handle his service bill I strolled through the used lot and was greeted by Greg. From the moment I started chatting with him, I felt at ease. Zero pressure. My husband joined us and spotted a truck identical to his just 2 years newer. It was a beauty. Whoever owned it before knew how to take care of a vehicle. We decided to take it for a test drive. On our drive, we got to chat with Greg. He was personable, relatable and so genuine. We got back to the lot and had a few things to discuss. Again, we weren’t there to purchase but the vehicle, price, and honestly the customer service was pulling us in. We had a few things to figure out and thanked Greg for his time and left. Not at any point did he make us feel pressured. The next day we were back and leaving with a gorgeous truck. Greg went above and beyond – every step of the way. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, see Greg! You won’t be disappointed. Shout out to Gene, the sales manager, as well. Super friendly and personable. He really went out of his way to ensure we understood the process from beginning to end so there were no surprises. Thank you, Parks Ford! More

Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel was by far the best dealership experience ever! The staff is polite and accomodating, and the facilities are very well kept and pretty much top-notch. I worked with Greg Babcock for a little over two weeks, and there wasn't a day when I wasn't kept in the loop regarding a vehicle I had my eye on. Greg and Justin Kokenda (from the back-end) worked extremely hard to assist with getting the F-150 I wanted. Ought to say, Glad to be a part of the Parks Ford family, and I look forward to my continual business with them. Keep up the great work over there! More

I ordered my NEW 2021 F150 at the end of September and took delivery of it January 17th. He is a HUGE asset to Parks Ford and Myself!! Kamal was a pleasure to work with as well. Donna was also very accommodating with the installation of my running boards and the spray in bed liner by setting me up with my FAVORITE, long term Service Advisor, Destin!! I have dealt with Parks Ford for many years (even when it was Heritage Ford) and I am PROUD to say I am a SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!
