Vehicle shopping is like going to the dentist for me. I dread it. What should be an exciting time is typically a nightmare. Not at Parks Ford and especially not with Greg. We were not there to purchase a vehicle – we were there for service. While my husband went to handle his service bill I strolled through the used lot and was greeted by Greg. From the moment I started chatting with him, I felt at ease. Zero pressure. My husband joined us and spotted a truck identical to his just 2 years newer. It was a beauty. Whoever owned it before knew how to take care of a vehicle. We decided to take it for a test drive. On our drive, we got to chat with Greg. He was personable, relatable and so genuine. We got back to the lot and had a few things to discuss. Again, we weren’t there to purchase but the vehicle, price, and honestly the customer service was pulling us in. We had a few things to figure out and thanked Greg for his time and left. Not at any point did he make us feel pressured. The next day we were back and leaving with a gorgeous truck. Greg went above and beyond – every step of the way. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, see Greg! You won’t be disappointed. Shout out to Gene, the sales manager, as well. I ordered my NEW 2021 F150 at the end of September and took delivery of it January 17th.
