What should have been a straightforward recall repair resulted in over seven visits. My vehicle was returned with a fuel leak—an issue that took more than three months to properly diagnose and address. This repair only moved forward after I repeatedly followed up with detailed images and documentation to prove that something was wrong, as there was a persistent fuel smell. During the course of repairs, they also lacked professionalism as the back seat was stained all over and seat belt buckles were scraped. I promptly reported this, supported by images, to the service managers upon picking up the vehicle. However, the matter was neither acknowledged nor resolved. Communication throughout this process was extremely disappointing. Although a mobile number was provided for follow-ups, my messages were consistently left unanswered. In-person interactions were equally frustrating—despite maintaining a respectful and polite tone, I was met with defensiveness from the service manager, who appeared more focused on shifting blame to the customer than resolving the issues. Eventually, I had to involve my attorney who reached out to the General Manager, Greg Besson, who initially expressed willingness to offer compensation. Unfortunately, his communication ceased shortly thereafter, and no resolution was provided despite multiple follow-ups. This experience has been deeply disappointing. I have never encountered such difficulty with a recall-related service until this situation involving Honda’s fuel pump recall. Had I known the extent of the complications and lack of accountability at this dealership, I would have chosen a different location where customer care is a priority. If you are considering bringing your vehicle here for service, I recommend exploring other dealerships that demonstrate more professionalism, seriousness and respect for their customers as well as their vehicles. Not a Worthy Dealer for an Hour Drive(From Dallas/Plano/Frisco) I drove over an hour to buy a used car listed at $35,500. After some negotiation, we agreed on an out-the-door price of $37,250, which I accepted to save time and avoid the back-and-forth. The salesman said he’d get the paperwork ready, but came back five minutes later saying his “director” didn’t approve it. Trying to keep the deal alive, I offered $38,250 (listing price + TTL) — which any reputable dealer would normally accept. Instead, they came back with a demand for $40,500 total, including a higher APR through Honda financing, and told me it was take-it-or-leave-it. At that point, I walked out. The experience was rude, dishonest, and a complete waste of time. If you’re from the Dallas, Plano, or Frisco area, don’t bother driving all the way out here. They assume once you show up, they can change the price and you’ll cave. Totally not worth the drive. More

Raphael and Greg helped us understand and appreciate the features on the Honda Odyssey. We were floored by the price as it was much less than a previous dealer gave us. We were impressed by the cordial environment and low pressure. Greg made this an easy decision to buy with the right price from the best people. We will definitely return for our next vehicle. I will recommend Honda of Fort Worth to our friends and family. More

I bought a 2019 Honda Ridgeline in November 2020. The vehicle description on the dealer website clearly stated the truck had a 90 day free trial of Sirius XM radio. When I called Sirius XM radio to star vehicle description on the dealer website clearly stated the truck had a 90 day free trial of Sirius XM radio. When I called Sirius XM radio to start the free trial, they said the vehicle did not have Sirius XM radio capability. I told the dealership this and they confirmed this. I feel that the dealership advertising was misleading. They blamed Honda for the misleading information on their own website and made no attempt to appease me. This dealership has no accountability, poor customer service and allows misleading information on their own website go uncorrected. More

Worth by a friend, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. We were treated like loyal customers from the moment we arrived, even though we had never been there before. Christine Caselli took care of us, and she was great! She has experience with both new and used cars, which turned out to be perfect for us. We were looking for a late-model used Honda, but because their deals on new cars were so attractive, we ended up buying new. She was able to answer all of our questions on both new and used, so we were able to make an intelligent decision with all the facts in front of us. We are thrilled with our purchase, and our daughter loves the car. Additionally, the stellar reliability and reputation of Honda gives us great comfort that this car will last and perform well for a long time to come. Honda of Ft. Worth is a little more than an hour from our home, but it was well worth the drive. I would highly recommend them and Christine for either a new or a used car. P.S. They even took care of a low tire pressure problem on my car (NOT a Honda) while we were there! More
