I made an appointment and dropped my vehicle off early to ensure they could get started on it immediately. I didn’t hear anything all day so I called 5 hours later and learned they hadn’t looked at it yet. T ensure they could get started on it immediately. I asked what the purpose of appointments were if they don’t honor them. They said they would get it right in and start diagnostics. I decided to drive back to the dealership just before closing because I had not heard back from them and I needed my car for vacation the next day. When I arrived the service guy told me his coworker called and left me a message and they were waiting to hear back from me. I told him his coworker was a liar. There were no calls and no messages. Long story short, go somewhere else if you can. They do not value your time, they lied and charge for things that some dealers do for free. This wasn’t my first bad experience with their service department but it will be my last. I was considering purchasing another VW from them but not a chance now. More
