When it comes to customer service, my standards and expectations are high. Greg exceeded ALL of them. He has a friendly disposition and a great sense of humor. I especially appreciate how patient he was with my questions and concerns. He did an excellent job of listening to me. He was consistently focused on making sure my purchasing needs were met. He also did an outstanding job of communicating with me, from start to finish. During the process, there was one minor hiccup. When I brought it to Greg's attention, he did not give me any excuses.
