I initially contacted the dealership through email. Mark Eversgerd responded to my requests about a new 2020 Nissan Titan. Because of COVID, I laid out a few critierias I wanted before meeting in person. Ma Eversgerd responded to my requests about a new 2020 Nissan Titan. Because of COVID, I laid out a few critierias I wanted before meeting in person. Mark and I communicated via email the whole time and came to terms we both agreed on. When I arrived to the dealership, I test drove the truck just to reinforce the decision to purchase. There was no negotiations because our terms were already established. I would have been in and out in less than 2 hours but there were already a couple folks in queue with finance. While we were waiting, Mark showed me everything I needed or cared to know about the truck. Mark never made me feel like he was just there to make the sale. 10/10 would purchase another vehicle from Mark. Promote ahead of peers. More

I think everyone was nice but after I bought the car I was brushed off! I called numerous times and even left voicemails and did not receive a callback ! I did reach someone and he was so rude to me , I a was brushed off! I called numerous times and even left voicemails and did not receive a callback !
