I keep coming back...... I bought my first car from Honda of Lincoln (previously Williamson) in 1979. Obviously the product itself (Honda) is part of the reason for my repeat business.... but the sales service we always receive is an even bigger reason. Today we bought a new 2015 Honda Accord V-6 sedan, and as always, the dealer experience was awesome! Just a pleasant experience, even though I was spending thousands of dollars. Our sales person Greg... (the same Greg that sold me my brand new 1987 Accord---talk about experience!) did his usual great job. The handoff to Chad, the finance director was seamless. I admire the enthusiasm that Chad showed when I asked him about his experience with Honda of Lincoln. Instead of the boilerplate "oh, good company, etc.etc" he launched a ringing endorsement that was obviously genuine. He deftly guided us through the process, suggesting alternatives he felt we should consider.... without pressure. Thank you Chad! No question we will remain good customers of this quality dealership.... both for sales and for their exemplary service. More

Loving my 'new' Honda CRV! I had been thinking about replacing my beloved Jeep Grand Cherokee for a few months now and I was pretty sure I wanted a Honda CRV. I have to admit, E I had been thinking about replacing my beloved Jeep Grand Cherokee for a few months now and I was pretty sure I wanted a Honda CRV. I have to admit, Eric Olsen's commercials made me want to go to Honda of Lincoln. I found one that fit my criteria perfectly on the website. It had just come in and there were not any pictures up yet. I knew if I went to look at it, and it was as they said, I would end up buying it...and I did! I lucked out and got Greg Hoag as my salesperson. Wow... he is awesome! Very calm, knowledgeable and definitely not pushy at all. A friend, not a salesman. Then I worked with Chad Erwin for my financing. We had a great time haggling over my financing details. I am definitely happy with how everything turned out! I feel like these two guys are two new friends as I think about Greg's motorcycles in his living room and Chad's adorable twin boys. If my CRV performs as I think it will, I will be back some day and will also recommend Honda of Lincoln to my friends and family. Why only four stars on price? Well, I am happy with my negotiated price, but you always wonder if you could have done better! Thank you Honda of Lincoln!! More

One day w We knew our 2005 Odyssey was not safe to drive anymore (burning oil, overheating the capacitors) on long trips. It was to time replace it. One day when my husband and I were running a particular errand, we, on a whim, decided to go car shopping. Rarely does my husband do anything on a whim! He's a study-all-your-options-don't-rush-into-anything type of guy. I'm the maverick. At any rate, a good friend had told us about a salesman at Honda of Lincoln who could put is in a car that would be just right for us. The same friend warned us to make an appointment first since this salesman is VERY popular. Well, we took a chance and just showed up at the dealership. Greg was free to show us what he had--new and used. We found a 2014 Honda Odyssey with only 5,000 miles on it. By the end of the day we had bought it (cash) and we are LOVING it. It fits our family perfectly and has so many wonderful features, we can hardly believe it. The price was right, the color was right. The salesman put NO pressure on us to buy ANYTHING that day. He said, "I'll show you what's available and let you decide if any of these might meet your needs." That was the extent of his "pressure." We are grateful to Honda--and to God for putting all the pieces together for us. We want to use this car to bless others. More

Greg gives you all the time you need to make a decision, then sits down with you after the purchase to go over all the car controls and options. A complete job. We financed our last car with Honda due to a great low rate and Chad reviewed all the numbers with us and explained everything so we could easily understand. Both guys are very friendly and complete. I have back problems and had to sign the paperwork in my car. No problem. Chad and Greg handled that with class! Honda cars are quality products and this dealership is the icing on the cake.
