Greg was very nice to my friend and I and he did a great job explaining all of my cars features. He was very patient and answered all of me questions. The car buying experience that I had with Greg, Shawn and John was excellent. I highly recommend the dealership and those three employees. John even recommended a good place to get lunch afterwards :) Greg also called me after I purchased the vehicle to ask if I had any questions. The vehicles have been great over the years and the deals I get are one reason I keep coming back. North Penn VW just loves pleasing people. Not only are sales top notch, but the service department is as well. I've never had to complain about any work done to my vehicles and that's saying something since I generally find something wrong. This was very important to me because most other dealers said"come on down, so we can do our platinum trade appraisal " I knew this was a red flag because they wanted to waste my time and wear me down. I originally dealt with John through email. We negotiated the price of the car to my satisfaction. There was one problem though, the car was black. I hate black, I hate swirl marks, but the price was $500 cheaper than any other dealer. So I asked John if there was anyway he could get a different color. He got back to me asap and was able to get a white 17 gti sport. He honored the original negotiated priced even though the msrp was 500 more. Then we negotiatedo my trade. I know dealers tend to offer auction value, I understand the dealer has to keep making money to keep providing a service. I found out the auction price of my car and asked for a 1000 over. They agreed as long as the car was described well. I then asked John for a price breakdown of all fees itemized, he gave that right away and assured me that there won't be any additional charges for fairy dust or anything. I showed up on Saturday and dealt with Greg. Everything aligned perfectly and Greg went over the entire car. He even suggested a place to eat dealt own the road, which was very good. I then did the paperwork with John. Now hidden bs, just straight forward. Very positive experience More
