Jason helped me a great deal with financing my new car and explained all the details about the maintenance, and other details. He was very informative with a smile and a great sense of humor. No haggling or "Let me check on that with my manager" back and forth. I had an offer from another dealer and said if they could beat that then we had a deal. Got a quick yes and I appreciated their valuing my time. Because of the model and option selected I had a long wait for the car to be delivered. When I asked if the wait tended to be toward the front or long end of the quote, Greg was upfront and said usually at the later. Again, I appreciated the honesty and being up front. We kept in touch every four weeks or so. I never felt like I was intruding on them any time I asked for an update or had a question. Response time to every email, call or text was very prompt, usually within a couple hours or better. Taking ownership was again simple and quick. During the time financing was being run/confirmed we reviewed the many features of the car and then I simply had to see Jason for financials. I know that step of the process always reviews the extended warranties and other after market items. Never did I feel pressure from Jason. He explained everything thoroughly and honestly. No questions were too small or too stupid. Frankly if everyone had this experience in buying a vehicle there would never be a stigma and dread of buying a car. Everything I was a customer who bought a 2014 Beetle (diesel) and had a lovely experience. The dealership's service dept advocated for me when that Beetle turned out to be a lemon. It was replaced with a 2015 Beetle Diesel and the fraud was announced shortly thereafter. I picked up my new 2017 Beetle from them on Dec. 22 and they were so cooperative with all of the details of the coordination between fraud buyback and getting my new car. It was waiting for me when I returned the Diesel. Especially notable is their service department. That is the primary reason for getting another Beetle. Their personnel are so friendly and accomodating, I have seen them so much in such a short time with all the stuff since 2014 that I even get a hug from the service manager when I see him--my adopted "son" as I think of him and the rest of the dept. Really, really, really consider this dealership--even if you have a VW dealership closer by. More

Gave us an appointment window of a few hours later to do the paperwork and pick the car up. When I showed up I saw the car was already in the garage bay being washed and prepped. Gave them the needed info. Greg H. gave me a quick review of the car. Then went to finance to fill out the paperwork. I was probably in and out in close to an hour. I bought a car from their Mazda dealership almost 4 years earlier which took a little longer because I had a trade-in but was equally expedient and painless. More
