Despite these maybe unattractive ´buyer-qualities´, I was treated with complete respect, genuine kindness, expert professionalism and a lot of unmerited patience! Greg Holland helped me navigate through my first car purchase, with help from Jason and Derek (in charge of trade-ins). All members of the North Penn team with whom I interacted went the extra mile to make sure I had plenty of information available to me - about the car, the warrant, the credit, the trade-in, etc. While the representatives were friendly - they definitely were not the type to say whatever it takes to make the customer grin and hand over their card. North Penn is a great place for decided, responsible and interested buyers. I would recommend them hands-down. More

The people here Jason, Greg & Derek worked very hard for me getting me in this pre owned VW (Which by the way looked brand new inside and out) and succeed. I was ecstatic when they called me and told me they secured a loan for me . I love the car i love this dealership. It has been a very positive experience in every way.
