Our salesperson was Greg Holland. (the same one for the other 2 cars as well) Greg always responds in a timely manner. He was also very patient the last time when it was 15 degrees and we were looking at 4 different cars outside. We had an issue about a year ago and Greg even got us a loaner car when the rental dept was out of cars. Thanks to Greg, Jeff, Jason and John for working very hard to get our deal done. They all went above and beyond in helping us. It also says a lot for a dealership that has very little turnover in sales staff. This helps the customer due to the fact that they know what they are talking about and can answer your questions then and there More

Friendly and Helpful - an Ideal experience I had been searching for a reasonably priced used vehicle for 2 weeks after my old car died. I went from dealership to dealership finding unknowledgea I had been searching for a reasonably priced used vehicle for 2 weeks after my old car died. I went from dealership to dealership finding unknowledgeable or aggressive salespeople. I was not previously interested in a VW but I saw an ad online for one of their cars and ended up stopping in. The salesmen were very helpful and seemed to work as a team rather than against each other. It was a very comfortable experience and the car was in great shape for my price point. I bought the vehicle and I couldn't be happier with it so far. Only negative was one of my tire valve caps was missing but that was easily replaced. All and all I highly recommend this dealership if you want a great car buying experience. More

I bought the car with no warranty from the dealer, since the service records showed that it had been treated very well. I ran into some trouble soon after the purchase, and after some phone calls and emails, took the vehicle back in for service. The trouble turned out to be very significant. Even though I had purchased the car with no warranty, North Penn VW paid for a significant portion of the cost and did great work on the vehicle. They were unaware of the issues the car had and made it right when they found out. Derek Fitchett was very helpful and apologetic after learning about the situation. Finally, their service comes with a free car wash, and their detailer does a fantastic job. Bill Sansom is a great guy to work with in the service department. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. More
