Greg always responded in a very fast manner when I had any questions, and is never pushy. Definitely will be buying more cars from Greg in the near future. Jason from finance was quick but thorough throughout the purchasing/lease process. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable each time we've gotten a car here. Joe from sales was also a big help to me. On Greg's off day, Joe took me out for a test drive even though he had a busy schedule. Matt from detailing did a great job on the pre-delivery car detail. Couldn't have picked a better place to buy my first new car! Recently I decided it was time to start looking for a new car. Although I still loved the 2002 VW Jetta I had learned to drive on, and that my mom h Recently I decided it was time to start looking for a new car. Although I still loved the 2002 VW Jetta I had learned to drive on, and that my mom had handed down to me, it was starting to get a bit unreliable in the winter months. I had no idea where to start looking, and the first few test drives at different dealerships were a little underwhelming to say the least. Then I figured it would be worth checking out the VW line up for 2015, and I am so happy I did. My mom and I went to North Penn VW, and Greg greeted us immediately as we walked in. He was very knowledgeable about everything VW had to offer, and was extremely patient with me as I looked at the different options and narrowed down my choices to a Jetta TDI in manual transmission. We went on a test drive that day in a SEL, and I absolutely adored everything the car had to offer (all of which was explained in detail by Greg before we started driving). Afterwards, he was able to locate the car I wanted in my favorite color, and my Dad and I were back two days later to talk about the details. Two more days went by, and the car was mine! I spoke with Jason when I had to sign all the paperwork, and he was very helpful in explaining the different warranty options that were available and moving the process along smoothly. I was given a very fair price on the car, the extended warranty, the gap insurance, and the complete protection package. Then Greg made sure to show me what all the different buttons and levers in my car did before I drove it home. The entire experience was beyond any expectations I had going in. Everyone treated me with respect throughout the process, answered all of my questions, and got me into a car that I love. If anyone is looking to get a VW, I would absolutely tell them to go to North Penn VW! More

Greg Holland helped me navigate through my first car purchase, with help from Jason and Derek (in charge of trade-ins). All members of the North Penn team with whom I interacted went the extra mile to make sure I had plenty of information available to me - about the car, the warrant, the credit, the trade-in, etc. While the representatives were friendly - they definitely were not the type to say whatever it takes to make the customer grin and hand over their card. North Penn is a great place for decided, responsible and interested buyers. I would recommend them hands-down. More
