Best Service Ever I had my 120,000 check-up on my 2012 Outback. Gregory was awesome in getting my car in and diagnosing all the issues. And the shuttle service was am I had my 120,000 check-up on my 2012 Outback. Gregory was awesome in getting my car in and diagnosing all the issues. And the shuttle service was amazing. They took me back to my house and picked me up as well. The drivers were very cordial. I can't imagine being treated better and I love my Subaru. Great car and a great dealer!! More

Dead battery on my 2016 outback. The reason I did not write a review sooner was because I wanted to make sure it did not happen again. It happen twice that the battery would go dead. The reason I did not write a review sooner was because I wanted to make sure it did not happen again. It happen twice that the battery would go dead. The second time it came into white bear Subaru The service department found the problem it was a light in the cargo part of the outback was on. I have had the outback for a week and it’s been fine. I was working with Greg Nichols and he did a great job in working with me. I would give him A excellent reating. I have said this before my wife and I like our outback. And some day buy another. More

Solving oddball problems I had a strangely-behaving display in my Outback, and of course it wouldn’t act up when I brought it in. Regardless, the staff listened to my descript I had a strangely-behaving display in my Outback, and of course it wouldn’t act up when I brought it in. Regardless, the staff listened to my description and arranged to have it replaced under warranty. It was done quickly, and White Bear Subaru has gone all out to make their waiting area great! More

Above & beyond I was in the market for a vehicle and I needed it right away. I really liked the Ascent, but there wasn't one available with the required features th I was in the market for a vehicle and I needed it right away. I really liked the Ascent, but there wasn't one available with the required features that we wanted. I pretty much had conceded that I was going to get a non-Subaru vehicle. That's when I got a call from Jacob that he & Greg were going to talk to the General Manager about providing me a loaner vehicle until a new Ascent could be built with the features we wanted. I give Jacob & Greg a ton of credit for thinking outside of the box especially since they are part of 2 different departments (Sales & Service) that worked together to meet a customer need. We will remain a loyal customer and we will be sure to recommend this dealership to others. Great job to the whole team, but especially Jacob & Greg. More

They vacuum and wash the car at completion. I’m always very happy with the service I receive here. More
