We liked the vehicle and the trade-in value was adequate so we purchased the suv. Greg Nims, our salesman, was pleasant and easy to work with. He walked us through the SUV’s many features, led us on a pleasing test drive and both anticipated and answered our questions about the suv, and prepared the documentation. He has called twice, post-purchase, to inquire about about our time with the Telluride. The seats at the dealership were comfy, other employees were efficient, and we left with the vehicle we wanted.
