Greg Nims was great, he did exactly what I needed him to do. I told him the vehicle I was interested in, he looked over, drove it and told me via phone what in needed. All in all, I am very satisfied with my purchase of the vehicle and the service provided by Greg, the dealership however gets a big zero. They reported to Carfax that they conducted a predelivery inspection and oil change on the on the pick up truck. NO!! it was a quart and half low on oil and had an old Motorcraft oil filter with a date on it, a four tire different amounts of air in them, none of the remaining fluids under the hood were checked either, all were needed to be topped off. Service department gets a zero. Finance department is the biggest scammers, while Serra states they have a satisfaction guarantee, that is far from the truth. I was forced to sign a "no cool down" clause in the contract, was told my pay-off on my trade was handled, that was a huge lie, and when tried to "return the vehicle" to cancel the deal, was told "too bad, too late". I have had 4 cars with y’all and would never trade anywhere else !! Isaiah was my first car salesman and I just loved how he treated me and the car he sold me THE last three cars traded AND Johnathan anywhere else !! OK, initially we had a small service misunderstanding on a fix that was to take place on a used vehicle I purchased. I am only saying this to state that I felt like this was handled very well and the servic a fix that was to take place on a used vehicle I purchased. I am only saying this to state that I felt like this was handled very well and the service department and everyone was extremely nice in making things right. Honestly, I don’t think anyone is ever a huge fan of going through the vehicle purchase process, but I would say I was very pleased with this dealership. Their communication has been solid and the service team really nice. Their customer lobby is great, internet access works perfect to be able to work while they work on your vehicle. Really, very positive thoughts on my dealings with their team. Do your homework, but I would absolutely recommend this dealership. More
