Amazing service from start to finish When I first met Greg, I was nervous and anxious. This was the first time I was walking into a car dealership to look at a car. I had no intention o When I first met Greg, I was nervous and anxious. This was the first time I was walking into a car dealership to look at a car. I had no intention of buying one that night but before I left, I had a deposit down and I couldn't have been happier. Greg makes you feel comfortable and at ease. He felt like I was talking to an old friend. My husband and I both agreed that he was fantastic! He took the time to talk and crunch numbers and get us all the information we needed, even though it was close to closing time. Tom, was a pleasure to work with! The first night he was able to go over the numbers more in detail and help us out and then come signing day he was there again answering every question or concern we had. Greg took the time on the day I got my car to come out and sit in it with me and go over every detail and even set up my phone, navigation and every other tool that I needed. I also have to say that when I came back the next day to look at the car again before buying it, Frank helped me get the keys and talked to my Dad about the car since I had brought him for a third opinion. He was great! As a matter of fact, every single employee there is friendly and makes you feel comfortable and not pressured. Will absolutely recommend North End to all of my friends and family!!! Very easy buying experience My husband and I never intended to buy a "new" vehicle. We were not sure which small SUV we wanted to buy used and decided to drive new vehicles so se My husband and I never intended to buy a "new" vehicle. We were not sure which small SUV we wanted to buy used and decided to drive new vehicles so see which ones we liked. But...we did not get very far, starting and ending our search at North End Subaru. Greg Nuorimo met us when we walked into the showroom, allowed us to test drive the Forester and Outback, then sat with us for a very long time. He explained all about the Subaru boxer engine, showed us the test comparison videos done independently on small SUV's and answered all of our many many questions. There was no pressure to buy, no back and forth with the manager as we had previously experienced when we purchased another vehicle. Several weeks passed and we decided to take advantage of Subaru's 0% financing option and purchase a new vehicle. We did our homework and knew what we would pay for the vehicle at other dealers, and in the end we purchased from North End. Greg worked with us, finding the exact vehicle we wanted, didn't balk when I changed my mind on the color and added on all the options we wanted. When we took delivery everything went very smoothly. Tom explained all the paperwork, financing, extended warranty and other incidentals in a very timely manner. Greg went over everything (and I mean everything) we needed to know about the vehicle. This was extremely helpful as we have never owned a vehicle with so many options. I love this new Forester and all the safety options along with a really nice sound system and absolutely great handling in the snow. Thank you Greg for all your help.
