Greg is the best sales manager had a new car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Upfront pricing and no hackle with fair offer in my trade in. Would definitely recommend coming to this dealership again. Working through the deal was easy. Paperwork was smooth. After paperwork was signed I had the worst experience I have ever had with a dealer. The dealer expected items that were not wi Paperwork was smooth. After paperwork was signed I had the worst experience I have ever had with a dealer. The dealer expected items that were not with my used car in a trade in. They expected additional items that were not talked about during initial talks. There were no items promised or owed by either party. I live out of town By about 2.5 hours. I started receiving harassing calls daily expecting me to drop off items owed to the dealer. I set up a plan to navigate through this and continued getting harassed. It got to a point where these conversations felt threatening. The dealership is the least professional dealership I have ever worked with. I provided them with feedback personally through text based on prior discussion. Normally you would acknowledge the feedback and accept the feedback as a gem that can be polished. Not this dealership they just bullied a customer to squeeze an extra few dollars profit for their lobotomy line. Good luck not getting squeezed if you go here. More
