very good Got my oil change, And locking lug nut's. Service was good. The only problem getting the part's. I bought my Mustang in June, And it took this long to Got my oil change, And locking lug nut's. Service was good. The only problem getting the part's. I bought my Mustang in June, And it took this long to get them. And the door lock cap was the wrong one. But my salesman Greg Veum is the best. I have bought 2 cars from him, And my daughter and friend also in the last year. I will always send people to Greg. More

oil change and had a question about luggage rack I went to the dealer for an oil change and tire rotation and was thinking about getting the racks for my luggage rack. I asked my salesman Greg Veum I went to the dealer for an oil change and tire rotation and was thinking about getting the racks for my luggage rack. I asked my salesman Greg Veum and he said he would get me to talk with Elizabeth. I really thought I would have to order the part and make another appointment. A few minutes later I met with Elizabeth and she already had the racks in stock and was able to have them installed while I was there. It was so quick and easy! More

Our first car was a 1999 Ford Escort, which we had until this purchase. We purchased a 1993 used Ford F-150, a 1999 Ford Escort ZX2, used 1999 Ford Explorer, used 1993 Ford Ranger, a new 1993 Ford F-150, our children purchased a new Ford Fusion, a 2006 Focus, 2013 Focus and our parents also purchased there. We have visited Tousley ford, Minar Ford and Brooklyn Park Ford, but always end up back at North Country. You have always made us feel like family and that what we think and want really matters. From Greg Veum our salesperson to Roger the finance guy and even Mike Swoboda who actually took the time to meet us before to say thank you. We forever use North Country as will our children. We just purchased our 3rd vehicle a 2014 Flex from them and have had Greg Veum twice, he is a joy to work with. We went in to purchase an Edge and found it to hard to get into. Greg suggested a Flex, WOW easy to get into and very comfortable to drive. Greg is very knowledgeable of everything and even helped us set up our phones. A Big thank you to Greg.
