2019 Forester Lease From my first day in checking out the vehicle I wanted to the date of the lease signing I was treated very well and Ron Brezezicki was very helpful as From my first day in checking out the vehicle I wanted to the date of the lease signing I was treated very well and Ron Brezezicki was very helpful as was the entire group I met. I was most impressed with the help of Debbie, who took the time to explain ALL the features of the car. My wife and I are not tech saavy, but Debbie made understanding the car features easy. The fact we will be asked back to make sure we understand its operation and the scheduling of our first complimentary service inspection was a first for me. I have leased many cars over a long period and this was by far one of the best experiences I have found. Thanks Ron. More

Minimum time waiting for the whole process to be complete and was even provided a tour of the service area for future visits. All in all a very enjoyable car buying experience! The staff knowledgeable and accommodating. Thanks to them I was able to get the car of my dreams. I can not recommend this establishment enough times and if the only reason I'm giving it 5 stars is because it won't let me give it 6. These people will take care of you and make everything so easy for you that afterwards you'll feel like a real winner. More

My salesperson, Susanna Smith, answered every question, demonstrated the vehicle and its functions clearly, and lastly, was the most sincere and friendly salesperson that I have EVER met. Greg, the sales manager, was also very courteous, and along with Susanna, exerted NO sales pressure at any time. Lastly, Debbie Dougherty, the delivery technology specialist, further demonstrated every button, dial and re-out that there was in the car. No Stress Car Buying at it's Finest Before purchasing my new Forester, I knew Matt Slap was the dealership for me. I had talked to friends and family before even walking into the dealers Before purchasing my new Forester, I knew Matt Slap was the dealership for me. I had talked to friends and family before even walking into the dealership. I've never heard a single complaint about the dealership. Everyone I knew that had dealings with Matt Slap Subaru said it was a positive experience. I can attest to the same. I walked into the showroom just a few minutes from the dealer opening on 11/07/18, I was greeted by Ron. B. right away. His desk sits right by the door where I walked in. Ron B.'s salesmanship was top notch and not overbearing. It was very relaxing and smooth dealing with him. We had pleasant conversations and he was a great help getting the Forester I liked. They didn't have the color I wanted on the lot. The dealership located and had one picked up from another dealership. They had it delivered and ready for me to take home by early evening. Ron if you are reading this, a heartfelt thank you is in order. Thanks again, it was awesome working with you! Chris Montelongo in the finance department was a pleasure to deal with, he was able to get the finance I deserved. He fought hard for me. I'm so thankful, I was able to get a good APR. I couldn't be any happier. Hey Chris! Thanks again, awesome job! So in ending, I couldn't be any happier with how the deal went, and how I was treated. What a hassle free car buying experience! When I went to Matt Slap, I was greeted by Mark Fox. After sharing with him that I was interested in test driving a few vehicles, he immediately had When I went to Matt Slap, I was greeted by Mark Fox. After sharing with him that I was interested in test driving a few vehicles, he immediately had them available. I requested that he come along on the test drive and he was extremely knowledgeable about the Cross Trek. He knew the packages included and was able to compare and contrast the Cross Trek, Outback and Forrester. After test driving and having the conversation with Mark, I knew that I found the car for me. Buying the car was the most receptive and hassle free process I have ever been involved in. There was no haggling for hours. I was satisfied with what they could offer and what I could afford. Mark went over the vehicle after it was prepared and then completed a follow up call to make sure I was loving it....and I was and still am. I was not a big fan of driving but after this purchase, I am enjoying long rides in my new Cross Trek! More
