What a hassle free car buying experience! When I went to Matt Slap, I was greeted by Mark Fox. After sharing with him that I was interested in test driving a few vehicles, he immediately had When I went to Matt Slap, I was greeted by Mark Fox. After sharing with him that I was interested in test driving a few vehicles, he immediately had them available. I requested that he come along on the test drive and he was extremely knowledgeable about the Cross Trek. He knew the packages included and was able to compare and contrast the Cross Trek, Outback and Forrester. After test driving and having the conversation with Mark, I knew that I found the car for me. Buying the car was the most receptive and hassle free process I have ever been involved in. There was no haggling for hours. I was satisfied with what they could offer and what I could afford. Mark went over the vehicle after it was prepared and then completed a follow up call to make sure I was loving it....and I was and still am. I was not a big fan of driving but after this purchase, I am enjoying long rides in my new Cross Trek! More

Good experience from beginning to end An internet search resulted in courteous phone call. She helped us set up an same day appointment .As this is my car, Susanna Smith was super to work with. (My son has a Subaru, but I had only ridden in it). Susanna explained all the highlights of the Crosstrek before we took it out for a test drive. We talked numbers after we talked colors and things I wanted on a vehicle,, but I informed her I still had another vehicle that I needed to check out. She followed up with an email and a text message and after I had driven the other car, I told her to look for the Crosstrek I wanted, but I wanted to drive one again before I made the final decision, so she took me on a second test drive and then proceeded to find me "MY CAR", today I drove away in my new Crosstrek after being given a great tutorial on all the features of the vehicle. I received exceptional service from Susanna Smith and found the entire staff I came in contact with to be cheerful. knowledgeable, and easy to work with.. More

First Car Purchase I went to Matt Slap Subaru to test drive a Crosstrek for the second time after having a positive experience with this vehicle the first time around, w I went to Matt Slap Subaru to test drive a Crosstrek for the second time after having a positive experience with this vehicle the first time around, when I was not quite ready to make the purchase. Jeremy Heydemann came out shortly thereafter and helped me with test driving the vehicle. He was very helpful in explaining the functionality of the vehicle - he also gave us a tour of the dealership and the service center and was very respectful and helpful through the whole process. I work with sales people for a living and I found Jeremy to be really refreshing in comparison. He was not pushy or aggressive - he was patient and I felt like he worked hard to get the best deal for me - on both the price of my car and the value I got for my trade-in. He was also very respectful and gracious towards my mother (who was not a part of the transaction and was just there to support me) - which I really appreciated. He was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. I really appreciated all that he did to make this purchase - my first car purchase - a smooth one. He really guided us through this whole process and made himself available to me if I had any questions or concerns in the days following this sale. Overall, I'm really happy with this purchase and very pleased with my experience with Jeremy at Matt Slap Subaru. More
