Dealer does not honor coupons At the end of last year I downloaded a coupon that promised a $25 Visa card if you came in to test drive a vehicle at Toyota of Cleveland. I drove all At the end of last year I downloaded a coupon that promised a $25 Visa card if you came in to test drive a vehicle at Toyota of Cleveland. I drove all the way from Chattanooga to this dealer so that I could get the $25 visa gift card. I handed the coupon / certificate to one of the salespeople (Gregg Bain) who assured me that he'd put it in and that I would receive my gift card in the mail. The gift card never arrived. I have tried REPEATEDLY to get someone at the dealership to help me but they refuse to return my calls or my emails. It seems they are very quick to call you back when you're looking for a car to purchase, but when you want to get them to honor a promotional deal, they avoid you like the plague. I am extremely disappointed in this dealer and will NOT ever go back here because of their unscrupulous behavior regarding this issue. More

My daughter and I decided to began our search here first, during her spring break. With great disappointment Mr. Bain was off work. However, Mr. Elliott took the time to personally walked us through their pre owned inventory and reviewed additional purchase options with us. Unfortunately, we were not able to make an selection and purchase. After Mr. Elliott gathered some imperative information for us, such as the style of vehicle we were searching for and our budgeted amount of car we desired, he assured us that he would forward the information to Mr. Bain and when something comes in one of them would give us a call. Well to our surprise and appreciation after a few follow up calls from Mr. Bain, he called one morning and stated, "I think I may have a car that you and your daughter may be interested." Well he was on point once again! Not only did we make a great purchase, the customer service and support is no other than superb. My daughter is now in a quality pre-owned that I feel safe sending her back to school in. Although she had to wait, it was worth having the A team of the look out. Thanks Gregg and Cedric for caring enough to listen! More
