I purchased a Certified previously - owned Camry and am pleased with the transaction involving a trade-in. I had done my research prior to going in and had an informed idea as to how the price should work. The dealership met my expectations in that regard. Any suggestion I would make regarding an improved experience, would concern being more efficient in the paperwork completing the deal. That said, they may have been experiencing some extenuating issues causing some wait time. When I am in need of another vehicle, they will certainly have an opportunity for my repeat business. More
