I was looking for a new truck, when a friend suggested I try again. I am so happy I did. From the time I ordered my truck and when I picked it up the experience was great. The day I walked in I was met by Jason Brown. His friendly attitude and help as we ordered the truck was very helpful. He kept me informed while we were waiting for it to arrive. After it came in Greg Decman might have been the the easiest finance person I ever dealt with. He was helpful with finding rebates I qualified for. Then there's Bernie. I don't think there is a better salesman in the industry. He knows his products better than anyone I've seen. A real pleasure to deal with. Over all I highly recommend Anderson Rock River Ford. More
