Gregg Smith, the finance manager, worked diligently to secure a loan for me with a significantly better interest rate than my bank offered. He was efficient and provided detailed explanations of everything. I opted for GAP insurance and wanted to understand it better, which Gregg explained in a personable manner, making me feel comfortable and highlighting its benefits. I can't praise him enough. Typically, I dislike the car-buying process and visiting dealerships due to feeling overwhelmed, but this time was different. Purchasing a car on my birthday turned out to be surprisingly pleasant, thanks to being surrounded by wonderful people who made me feel fantastic. More

Emma was very nice and patient. She responded to our requests and got answers when she wasn’t sure herself. She wasn’t pushy and was very polite, thorough and attentive. As with many young people today she did use the term “you guys” too much. The Dealership needs to improve it’s lengthy process—customers sitting around waiting too long & salespeople should not have to run back and forth to the managers’ desk so much. The first manager that talked to us was professional and helpful as it was the first time we were buying an ev. Finance Manager is a good guy. He understood my frustration and helped move things along. Emma brought final papers to our home to sign which was very nice! Car was cleaned up very nicely for delivery. More
