This is my second vehicle I purchased through this dealership. The dealer contacted me stating, according to my profile, my van (which was a lease) appeared eligible for a trade-in. I figured I should dealership. The dealer contacted me stating, according to my profile, my van (which was a lease) appeared eligible for a trade-in. I figured I should take advantage of the offer because I was looking for an AWD vehicle to replace my FWD van before this winter. I stated my conditions for trading in my vehicle and they went to work to meet them. I was a little uncomfortable for a brief time because they began the processes of transferring ownership before I saw the final numbers, however, this was because it was late in the afternoon. When I went back to financing all my concerns were relieved; they beat my monthly payment expectation while still including GAP coverage and a warranty that will last until the vehicle is completely paid off. Chloe was great in helping me find the vehicle I wanted; she was willing to let me stop by to show the vehicle to my wife (who was watching our children) during the test drive. Gregg made the financing process easy and allot of fun. More
