New Tire Special I recently took advantage of a special the dealership offered on tires and added wheel alignment service to my package, which I booked online. When I called the service department to confirm everything a conflict arose in the cost of the alignment, which I was able to work-out with the service manager who agreed to honor the price that was stated online. Cassandra kept me updated on the progress of the work, as I had to go out of town for a few days. She notified me once the work was completed and held my vehicle overnight for me. The work was completed properly and was even given a coupon for a car wash. Thank you TCV Service Team for your professional work!! More
