As soon as I walked into the Novak Motors showroom, I was instantly impressed. It was super clean and the rows of awesome looking cars hit you right away. The care that they take when vehicles off lease come in is impressive. Now, I would like to discuss our sales representative, Scott Misino…he is the absolute best!!! He is so friendly and personable that we felt like we have been friends for years. His knowledge of the vehicles and helping us to buy a vehicle that works for us. We came in to buy my wife a vehicle and we ended up purchasing two because I needed one as well. There is no price haggling and empty promises like you get from normal dealerships that is such a turnoff. Loved working with everyone including Greg in finance and the entire staff. It had to be the best car buying experience my wife and I ever had. Love the vehicles. Thank you so much!! More

It was a pleasure to work with Scott on the purchase of our son’s first car. Scott understood what we needed in a car and executed it perfectly.
