I cannot say enough good things about Novak Motors and Scott, the salesman that help me twice purchase a car from Novak. My first car was a 2017 that I purchased in 2020. The mileage was adding up so I knew it was time to trade-in. I didn't bother to look anywhere but online inventory for Novak and I clicked on a SVU I was interested in and made an appointment with Scott to go in personally. The attendance and knowledge received from Scott was amazing. He is amazing and very helpful along with the team he works with. Within minutes of Scott showing me the car and explaining the features, I knew I wanted the car and we then worked on trade-in and financing. A wonderful experience. Scott asked the questions he needed to help decide on the right car for me. The saddest part of the day was that my boyfriend had just purchased a car from a new car dealership because he was unsure of my advice to go to Novak. Well, after he saw the showroom and looked at the vehicles they had, he was extremely mad at himself that he didn't listen to me when I suggested he go to Novak and trade in his car. And the best part - I drove away with a 2024 used car with barely any mileage that day. It was more new than used. As you can read - I truly can't say enough good things about Novak. More
