Our family cant say enough about the amazing experience we had with Gregory at Leith Honda. From the get-go Gregory made us feel welcomed and comfortable.He made us feel we were exactly where we needed to we had with Gregory at Leith Honda. He showed us several different car styles and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He was always patient and kind as he answered our many questions. We were impressed with the knowledge he exhibited of each of the vehicles we were interested in. Over a period of several weeks Gregory kept us posted through text messages, emails, and phone calls. The more information he gathered from us and the better he got to know us, the closer we came to finding the car we were looking for. As we worked with him, we began to feel that he knew more about which car would be best for us than we did. He never hesitated to offer his assistance whenever we needed him. Gregory told us several times he wasn't just there to sale us a car. He wanted us to be happy with the car we chose. Gregory is not a loud, pushy, car salesman. Gregory Humphrey was wonderful with helping us through the entire process of getting our brand new Pilot! We had to wait for 3 months for it to come in and Greg kept us updated throughout our wait. When a similar vehicle came in he contacted me to come test drive it and then sat patiently and went through all of the buttons and hi-tech stuff that was all new to me. He sent me pictures of the inside of the Pilot one day when we weren't able to come in and we hadn't seen it in person yet. He let me know immediately when it was being shipped and when it arrived. I even had questions 2 days after we brought it home and he called me and walked me through all the answers! If you want a new Honda, go to Leith and ask for Greg! More

Gregory made sure we were satisfied with the buying process from start to finish. He was very patient, and even stayed at work late just to make sure the vehicle would be prepared for customer delivery to our satisfaction. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner, and addressed all of our concerns promptly. Making the customer happy is obviously Gregory's ultimate goal. Both his sales manager Shiela, and Finance Manager Basir were very helpful as well. Every Leith employee in this dealership were exceptionally nice and welcoming. Although, we had to spend more time than usual at the dealership during the process, the Leith staff ensured we were 100% satisfied before finally bringing our new car home.
