It’s My first time purchasing a car from a dealership, I previously called a different dealership to check the inventory on a car I saw online, and the sales rep that answered the phone was super aggressive previously called a different dealership to check the inventory on a car I saw online, and the sales rep that answered the phone was super aggressive, it made me very uncomfortable and now I was worried as to how my experience purchasing my first car would be. A few minutes after that call I saw a Honda Civic at manly Honda that I absolutely loved. When I called to check the inventory Greg answered the phone, he was professional and polite. Took my cell number and set up an appointment with me. Unfortunately the vehicle I saw was already sold but Greg helped me find something I absolutely LOVED! I’m extremely happy not only with my purchase but with the experience as a whole, thank you Greg! 10/10 would absolutely recommend! More

After going through the car lot quickly I had to wait a long time for the paperwork to be completed. My biggest complaint was not being shown how to use the technology in the car which I purchased. Although my car has an owners manual unfortunately the instructions for setting up the radio system are not for my model. I also had a problem with the TPM system while driving home. This could have been prevented if the spare tire had been checked. More

My internet search was specific so my wife and I drove all the way from Reno because of finding the right car, the best price, and most of all we wer My internet search was specific so my wife and I drove all the way from Reno because of finding the right car, the best price, and most of all we were rewarded by finding Gregory Morelos. Greg is a journeyman sales person with many years experience. He took care of us like family. Not exaggerating! It was so pleasant to work with Greg! Greg really does like people. He is modest, truthful and fun. 'HE' made the trip from Reno to Santa Rosa well worth the experience. Everybody at Manly Honda seemed very much at ease (that is a big deal nowadays) and were not just polite but very helpful. Greg even found a football game for me on his phone after our deal was done! Greg, if you are listening, go to the family website I showed you because it will add to your life and more than complement the type of person you already are.
