I was just driving by and I seen a truck that caught my eye so I pulled over, once I came on the lot I was met by a friendly sales rep named Gregory Morelos we talked briefly about the truck he promptly went and got the keys so we could go for a test drive, we talked about family and other things besides the sale of this truck which made me feel comfortable that he just wasn’t worried about making the sale. So I bought a different truck that was more expensive because he did such a good job!!! We were also assisted by other team members to help along with the process Kevin Landman and a young man Named Andrew!!!!! The seats and rear cargo area was very clean, but clearly no one looked up before delivery. I spent an hour cleaning the ceiling myself, but this should have been done. More

Low expectations, still disappointed :-/ All that really happened was a used car was sold to me and the vehicle I traded in was taken for significantly less than the KBB and NADA value. He went 3 steps away to talk to some other guy about it. The other guy loudly said, "that car's just going to go to auction etc". Salesperson comes back from 3 steps away and offers me even less than what he had first offered me for my trade-in, as well as telling me there needed to be a much larger down payment. After I took the used car I bought home, I decided I wanted to cancel the nearly $4000 warranty and $900 GAP, so they told me I /needed/ to drive 50 miles back to Santa Rosa to sign 1 paper that could have been signed in Docusign or scanned & emailed... :-/ Despite everything, it was nice being able to get out of my old car and into a different one. Great experience I took my 18 year old son to Manly Honda last week with only $1300 to put down and the salesman Gregory Morelos helped put my son in a 2015 Hyundai I took my 18 year old son to Manly Honda last week with only $1300 to put down and the salesman Gregory Morelos helped put my son in a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. My son doesn’t have credit built yet so he was able to get into the first time buyer program they have at Manly Honda.This is going to help build credit for my son he’s a full time student and works full time .He really needed a car and we are both very happy with the car he got Gregory Morelos and his staff went over and beyond with helping us the car looks brand new inside and out Gregory had them wash it and fill the tank with gas .Instead of a three year service plan they added a extra year .We were able to get gap insurance while still having a very reasonable monthly car payment .I’m very happy my son had a great first time car experience because when I was young and bought my first car I was sold a lemon from Lunas Auto sales .At manly they do a 5 point Inspection on the vehicles and my son has that 4 year service plan so he’s set .I was also pleased to find out the tires were practically new and the dealership had recently put new front and back breaks on the car . Honestly this experience was over and beyond what I expected it was such a nice experience I didn’t even think my son would get a car with only $1,300 and no credit or a co-signer .I highly recommend Manly Honda their used cars are nice I rate the car we bought as pristine .They aren’t leeches Like at other car dealerships we weren’t pushed into buying a car and our salesman wasn’t like the salesman from other dealerships that are fake he was a normal down to earth guy that stayed hours after closing time to help my son get into his new car and showed him all the specs .He’s an amazing salesman I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart and everyone at Manly Honda you guys are amazing this memory my son will have for a life time this is his first car he couldn’t have had a better experience thank you so much Gregory keep up the good work this is my family’s second purchase with you guys and we will definitely be back my mom loved her experience aswell and loves her new Honda CR-V ????????????
