North Hollywood Toyota does not honor their on line price. They makes promises to make up for the price and blatantly lie. Even when it came to giving a full take of gas and shaking on it they refused after handing me the keys. When I asked why the tank was empty everyone ignored me including the general manager. The salesman gave zero attention and could care less that I was even there. Delivering the vehicle was an annoyance to him and basically tossed me the key and walked away. I noticed several other customers angrily dealing with similar issues. Not the place you want to go when buying a gift for someone as i was that day. . More

Couldn’t have been happier with the quick streamlined experience. They are a little bit of a drive from my home but the quick and efficient service + the car wash definitely make it worth the couple extra minutes I spend on the road. I can’t count how many times I have had to wait hours for a regular maintenance service at other dealerships. More

There are so many avenues for purchasing a vehicle, don’t waste any time going to Northhollywood Toyota! I was lured in by an ad for a RAV4. Sam, the salesperson was so scattered, waiting on several clients waste any time going to Northhollywood Toyota! I was lured in by an ad for a RAV4. Sam, the salesperson was so scattered, waiting on several clients at once. He told me he would throw in floor mats with me car, that disappeared in the end, and I ordered floor mats from Amazon! I will never set foot in that dealership ever again! It’s all about how to screw the customer! The owner of this establishment must be so greedy, and doesn’t treat his employees well. Buying a car is a huge emotional investment, salespeople need more empathy. If you get Sam as a salesperson, ask for someone else. Buy elsewhere!!!! More
