My wife and I bought our second Volvo from Kundert since 2002(S70). My son bought a 2000 S40, my wife's father bought a V70 all from Kundert. Whenever I brought any car in, we were treated with courtesy, 2002(S70). My son bought a 2000 S40, my wife's father bought a V70 all from Kundert. Whenever I brought any car in, we were treated with courtesy, knowledge of car and respect. We love our 2010 Volvo S40 which we bought from the the showroom with 5500 miles on it. We have gotten compliments from strangers. It's too bad Volvo has discontinued this model. The style is sharp, features nice and the ride is peppy. More

Took my car in on 07/20/12 for the THIRD time for a moaning noise when I steer or at low speed. Mike said it was a leak, had to order a part, will call me that Monday or Tuesday to schedule the repair. moaning noise when I steer or at low speed. I Was told Mike was on vacation that week, and when I started to explain why I was calling, I was just xferred to parts. Left a voicemails there, and no one called me back. Called back @5:20, and as I started to explain, I was xferred to Pete, but got his voicemail, so I called back. Now I'm annoyed.. the girl who answered was nice, but couldn't help me. She said she will tell someone to call me back. Monday, July 30th, once again, I had to call @ 1:30pm because I had not received a call yet. I spoke with Pete, who was nice and helpful, and finally scheduled my car for 8AM. My reminder email said 10AM, and I called to find out why. The girl who answered started off ok, but than got ruder and ruder, until I finally had it and asked to speak to the manager. The longer I was willing to hold for Mike, the nicer she started to become again. She was arguing with me over a stupid detail that she said I should've told her in the first place, that I was getting a loaner car. Well, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THIS???? I don't make these calls everyday - she, however, TAKES these calls every day, so she started arguing back and forth whether or not I said I was waiting for my car to be fixed. I did not. I said I couldn't stand around waiting for them to take my car in. Anyway, it was an overall, aggrivating and frustrating experience. More

LOVE everyone at the service center! Even though I'm having issues with my car, I would buy a car here because of the service team - they really take care of me and empathize with my car issues and try having issues with my car, I would buy a car here because of the service team - they really take care of me and empathize with my car issues and try hard to fix / prevent further issues. Mike was very cooperative with the pick up of the car.
