I have been to too many different Volvo service centers and found that the place I originally bought my vehicle, a 2004 S60R, has been the most outstanding. The personal attention they give me and my husband, and the degree of technical knowledge of my vehicle is surpassed by their reputation. I reside in Pennsylvania and I don't mind making the 70+ miles, 1.5 hours, just to get my car serviced by Mike Mazzaro and his excellent team. They've been able to pinpoint problems I've been finding while the other service centers would say that there was nothing they could find or it was normal operation of the vehicle, inferring that I don't know my own vehicle's performance or the noises it makes. The experiences were frustating as well as disappointing. I don't get that feeling servicing my vehicle Kundert Volvo Service Center and would recommend anyone who owns a Volvo to take it there.
