She greeted us warmly, was attentive t We were impressed by every aspect of our experience at Weston Volvo, especially our salesperson Claudia Garcia. She greeted us warmly, was attentive to our needs, answered all our questions to the best of her ability, and if there was something she wasn't aware of she knew where to get the answer. We were very pleasantly surprised when she brought to our attention the Overseas Delivery option. Since the vehicle as we designed it was not available at the dealership, Volvo will fly us to their plant to take delivery. We were already pretty sure we would be purchasing the XC60, but that opportunity really sealed the deal. Claudia has worked to accommodate our schedule to finalize everything, and so far things are proceeding smoothly. In a few months we will be taking delivery of our new XC60 IN SWEDEN! Skål!!!! More

Great product, poor service department Very disappointed with their service department. This is my first time ever leasing a car and went today to service my car for the 2nd time. I called Very disappointed with their service department. This is my first time ever leasing a car and went today to service my car for the 2nd time. I called twice to schedule the appointment and was told by the receptionist on both occasions that the service department was on the phone and they would call me back. Never received a call back. I made the appointment online and saw that there was a charge but figured I would deal with it when I arrived to the appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I spoke with the gentleman at service named Joe. I had my 7 month old daughter with me in her car seat and was told I had to wait 1 1/2 for the service. For those who have small children, you know that sitting and waiting is not a pleasant situation. When I asked for a loaner, I was told very curtly that this needed to be arranged weeks in advance. I know that this is not so because when I went for my first service, 5 months pregnant, I was offered a car for the remainder of the day. In fact, I came back earlier and my car was still being serviced. That first service was definitely not an hour and half job. I was quickly dismissed by the service tech with no regard of the inconvenience of having to load my daughter in her car seat around. I also expressed that my key was not working and the tire pressure was low. His response was "Deal with it when you return to service your car" and walked away to deal with another customer who happened to have a more expensive Volvo. As I left, I called the general sales manager named Guillermo and expressed my concerns. He said he'd research the situation and call me back. I'm still waiting for that phone call. I am honestly upset at the disregard the sales "professionals "had for someone who made an appointment and could not be taken care of. When one leases, these perks are expected. Unfortunately, I did not receive this and recommend that you go to another Volvo dealership for assistance. Fantastic product, but the service department shows no customer service. More

Volvo is your Safety and Joy Forever!!! I was on my way to trade in my Acura MDX and decided to stop by the Weston Volvo dealership. It was the best stop!!! Being that this is my fourth car, I was on my way to trade in my Acura MDX and decided to stop by the Weston Volvo dealership. It was the best stop!!! Being that this is my fourth car, I was expecting the same regular treatment that other dealerships give you. But I was wrong! I was able to exchange my car within minutes and everyone was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive. The dealership and staff truly give a family feel to it.
