Took my car in to replace the shock absorbers, when i

received the car I didn’t thought about checking it since i have brought my car here many times and they always do a good job, I drove back home and I live 2hrs away when I get home and checked the work done I saw they didn’t replace the dust cover and left the old ones that had the oil leak and installed them wrong. I try calling for the last 2 days and have not gotten a call back to fix this issue that should not had happen if the technician would of replaced the parts like he should and the advisor should have check that the work was done correctly on my car, I paid a lot in labor just for them to do it wrong!

Porters who wash cars, though, much different story. It's been true 4 yrs that unless u tell them, they don't wipe down roof of car. Often, they do sloppy job of wiping windows and side mirrors, and they do mirrors so hard I have to readjust them. They even will leave wiper arm in extended position rather than placing them back down on glass. A lot of times, I choose not to get a wash cuz vehicle looks worse than when I arrived. The shame of it is that it detracts from the fine work the techs performed. Last impressions count, u know.
