We brought our vehicle (2020 F150) for service at Hawk Ford of Saint Charles. The vehicle was alerting to Low Oil Pressure and was still within the factory warranty. The dealership called multiple times Ford of Saint Charles. The vehicle was alerting to Low Oil Pressure and was still within the factory warranty. The dealership called multiple times stating "The truck is repaired and ready for pickup." Each time the vehicle was not repaired and the issue remained. The vehicle was submitted 3 times, they replaced 5 different parts and they had the vehicle for 10 days. During one repair attempt they replaced the instrument cluster in which doing so they erased the vehicles Engine Hours/Engine Idle Hours. They did not record this information and the repair attempt failed. Instead of reinstalling the original instrument they went on to another repair attempt. The data was lost and reset to zero. Hawk Ford committed negligence and refused to give us their Insurance information for us to file a claim. The general manager has repeated attempted to purchase the vehicle but admits no fault in their actions. Hawk Ford has had poor communication in resolving the issue and damaged our vehicle rather then repairing it for us! We would NOT recommend Hawk Ford or its services to anyone. This business lacks integrity and is incompetent. More

I pulled into service unexpectedly with a flat tire. Not only did the service advisors get me in right away but they also found a way to get me a new tire that they didn’t have in stock. I had been rush Not only did the service advisors get me in right away but they also found a way to get me a new tire that they didn’t have in stock. I had been rushing to a meeting with all of this happened so they got me into a loaner to go do my meeting while they fixed my car. Literally the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Monique (service advisor) was knowledgeable and a total rockstar. John (the service director) was awesome. Couldn’t be happier and will continue to use their services and buy my cars from Hawk! More
