Gus Hollow did a good job and the sales staff was very helpful, however the paper work for the car I purchased had the wrong car listed. I had to have them correct it. Also the new computerized method for helpful, however the paper work for the car I purchased had the wrong car listed. I had to have them correct it. Also the new computerized method for signing the contracts didn't allow you to see what you were signing. More

I have worked with this dealership/service department for over 40 years and have always found them to be helpful and easy to work with especially Kent Jacobson. I followed him when Boucher took over from Car over 40 years and have always found them to be helpful and easy to work with especially Kent Jacobson. I followed him when Boucher took over from Carini Lincoln in Waukesha. I am now driving my 9th Lincoln product and am always impressed with the way Boucher has handled my sales and service request even though I might not have purchased all my Lincolns from their stores. Recently I purchased my 9th Lincoln and was able to use a sale agent from another Boucher Store, Amanda Olson, and she was excellent as well as Gus Hollo at the Lincoln store who provided her assistance and my eduction on my new purchase.
