I am taking 1 star off which I will explain. Previously we have been very pleased with this dealer but during a rodent repair, our car was trashed and money stolen. Gus was great throughout, but Previously we have been very pleased with this dealer but during a rodent repair, our car was trashed and money stolen. Gus was great throughout, but we were shocked that all cubbies had been emptied and thrown about the car inside when we picked it up. Gus has promised us a complete detail. We noticed the money was gone upon arriving home. The other complaint is radio, GPS, and clock are all now disfuntional. This has happened with every service call. Jeannette Blair in Customer Relation is terrific and she will take care of the electronics issue when we can get up there again. Had we known the car would have to be left there, we would have removed our valuables - lesson learned! More
