I’d give 0 if I could. They are disorganized, dishonest, and a nightmare to work with. There are so many local Hondas, including Yonkers Honda, that are far better than thi They are disorganized, dishonest, and a nightmare to work with. There are so many local Hondas, including Yonkers Honda, that are far better than this dealership. When I initially leased my car, I was talked into spending an extra $30/month on a tire warranty. About two years in I had a flat tire in queens. I called the dealership for guidance on how to use the warranty, as I thought it included road side assistance, and they told me my options were to pay out of pocket to get the car towed to their dealership in white plains, or drive on the donut tire (very unsafe) to the dealership, so they could take a look and assess whether or not the warranty would apply. So it was a useless warranty that is only helpful if you have a flat right outside the dealership. Even worse, when I recently switched from leasing to financing, they have made every step of the process a nightmare. After spending 4 hours in the dealership just to switch from leasing to financing (and the dealership was almost empty that day), they tried to severely jack up the price on HondaCare on my initial contract. That evening I found the HondaCare through a competitor for 3x less, so I returned to cancel HondaCare with White Plains. They said they’d honor the other dealer’s HondaCare price, and issued a new contract. However, they filed the old contract with Honda Financial Services, so now despite having a contract for significantly less per month, Honda Financial thinks I owe under the initial contract terms. When I called White Plains Honda to tell them I was concerned they filed the wrong contract, they brushed me off and said to wait until I get the bill. Of course once I got the bill it showed the wrong contract amount. Working with White Plains Honda to try to get this issue resolved has been drawn out and unorganized. I even tried emailing management to ask for help since nothing was going right, and they never bothered to respond. Save yourself the headache and go to another dealership. More

Best ever! Theo Diallo was our sales person. He was welcoming and went above and beyond to get us the car we wanted. He came up with different options for us an Theo Diallo was our sales person. He stayed an hour after closing time to make sure we got next day pick up. My husband and I have gone to another very big Honda dealership and got 5 cars from that dealership and we were not happy with the outcome . We came to WP Honda on a whim and this will now be where my family will come from now on. Give Theo a call, you will love him! 🤗 More

Our sales person Marvin was great. He cared so much about doing a good job. He was personable and eager to please. He was also clear in sharing what we could expect from the process. He gave us clear answers to our questions - and not “guesses” - and if he didn’t know an answer, he got clarification quickly and got back to us. I would recommend working with him. However, when it can time to discuss financing, it was not a good experience. The dealership was unwilling to honor the terms (for which we qualified) that were posted not only on their site, but attached to the vehicle we purchased. That was their mistake and broke our trust. Reflects poorly on Honda. Also, there were mistakes in the financial paperwork which could have been an honest error - which at its least concerning can be viewed as simple carelessness. We will give them the benefit of the doubt and say the error made on sale price of the car (in their favor) was unintentional. However, when trust is broken because advertised terms are not honored, it brings the credibility of the dealership into question. More
