This department is friendly and pretty quick. One problem I’ve had is getting air out in my spare. I’ve asked 4 oil changes now to add air to my spare and they never do. My husband was a service manager I’ve had is getting air out in my spare. I’ve asked 4 oil changes now to add air to my spare and they never do. My husband was a service manager for Toyota and knows the process for repairs. Well I have mini rust spots all over my tailgate and he has submitted RAS forms. Well they said it wasn’t covered as it was rail dust from transport. More

Car exterior was not washed and interior was filthy dirty from muddy greasy shoes and head rail has greasy fingerprints. Lights turned off, mirrors moved, seat moved....not necessary to mess with all my set from muddy greasy shoes and head rail has greasy fingerprints.
