I was very disappointed in my experience. I got a call that my RAV4 was recalled for the passenger airbag, so I booked an appointment for service. I checked in my car and they call me at home I got a call that my RAV4 was recalled for the passenger airbag, so I booked an appointment for service. I checked in my car and they call me at home 2 hours later to tell me that they don’t actually have the part and I’ll have to come back another day. This ruined my day and left me needlessly without a car. Your team should check first before wasting peoples time. More

I went to have the oil changed in the car to lift the lid, it seems that they lifted it too much and broke a winch that holds the lid, they refused to take responsibility, they said they had to look at t lid, it seems that they lifted it too much and broke a winch that holds the lid, they refused to take responsibility, they said they had to look at the cameras, they looked at the cameras for about an hour, they looked at it everywhere, they made us have a very bad time, after all they told us yes, you're right, the car came in fine and broke down here and they took responsibility, it's true they did, but after two or three weeks they helped me with that, I didn't pay anything but they made us have a very bad time trying to get us to blame, I say this because they told us everything, they probably crashed it when they left, that's how it arrived, these things happen, they go bankrupt and that's it, in the end after 40 minutes of this they accepted, it was fine after the change, that's why I don't give it a 0, but a 3 stars More
