They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The service department was efficient and well organized, and I truly appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here. Henry was great. I tell you what I did not appreciate. The mechanic wrote that the car needed all these repairs adding up to $2,400. I had it check by a mechanic frie I tell you what I did not appreciate. The mechanic wrote that the car needed all these repairs adding up to $2,400. I had it check by a mechanic friend of mine, and the car did NOT need any of those expensive repairs. Also he said that even if the car needed the repairs, which it did not, the prices listed were twice as much as what it should cost. Consequently, your recommendations have no credibility and will be ignored. Henry did NOT mention this to me but it was in the documentation provided. More

I came to get a diagnostic of what’s wrong with my car. They let me know that there was something wrong with the tire and I bought the tire then they told me my transmission is bad and then I need to chang They let me know that there was something wrong with the tire and I bought the tire then they told me my transmission is bad and then I need to change it and it’s going to be $15,000 when I got there to pick up my car I asked for the report of what was wrong with my transmission they said we don’t have a report but yet they put in my paper that I denied getting a new transmission, but they couldn’t tell me what was wrong with my transmission. I asked again. Can someone tell me what is wrong and they said oh someone drove it and they heard a noise and that’s how they know so they expected me because they heard a noise no feather explanation to spend $15,000 or trade my car. I need to know what’s wrong but no one there could tell me and still I had to pay for a diagnostic. More

My appointment was scheduled for 1:40 PM. I arrived at the location at 1:35 PM and we waited in the car until 1:55 PM when my husband went to ask where Mr. Henry, responsible for my service, I arrived at the location at 1:35 PM and we waited in the car until 1:55 PM when my husband went to ask where Mr. Henry, responsible for my service, was. An employee said he had gone to lunch. My husband questioned that we had been waiting in the car since 1:35 PM and that if he had an appointment scheduled for 1:40 PM, he should have been there. Then another employee, Mr. Isai, started assisting us while Henry was away. At 2:10 PM, Mr. Henry arrived with the utmost arrogance while Mr. Isai was assisting us and told me that it would take 3 hours to do the vehicle maintenance. I said I couldn't wait because I had to pick up my son from school by 6:00 PM and the Toyota dealership is 1 hour and 40 minutes away from my house. He told me that if I wanted to wait, it would be at least 3 hours of work and that if I didn't want to, I could just leave. On top of everything, my car has two safety recalls that were due almost four months ago, and they didn't have the part to do the service. I wouldn't recommend anyone drive almost two hours for service of this quality. More
