This was my first time coming for service. The guy who first came up to the car. Told me to leave the keys in the car and go to the service table. I knew it was Henry I needed to see but I was not sure wh first came up to the car. Told me to leave the keys in the car and go to the service table. I knew it was Henry I needed to see but I was not sure who he was. I stopped at several places at the long counter but kept moving since no one acknowledged me. I finally found out who Henry was and waited to be helped. Henry took my information and he said he would call me when my truck was ready. I was in the lounge a couple hours and decided to walk out to check with Henry on my car. I was told the reason for the message on my truck was due to my gas cap not being on correctly. I felt that waiting two hours to hear that was a little bit long. I was pleased that it was not a more complicated problem. More
