Service took too long almost 6 hr, I dropped the car at 9.30 till 3 pm. Also. I was promised someone to picked me up but nobody called or showed up, after waiting for 1.5hrs I ended up taking a cab to get 9.30 till 3 pm. Also. The all thing is bad. Even after I told them it's my first time coming for service they don't tell me anything about Waiting area or nothing. I sat outside for like 2 hours I change side when the sun ca first time coming for service they don't tell me anything about Waiting area or nothing. I sat outside for like 2 hours I change side when the sun catch up with me. I ask for help they don't seem to care. When my car come back, not even a car wash. They give it to me dirty. Hollywood dealer doesn't do that. I used to get oil change at JM Lexus they washed my car everytime I don't have to ask. I still tip the guys because I know he only bring it. We need to tell them no matter who come. They need to give them a great service. I noticed other people got their car washed 😬😬 More
