We went for the 20.000 miles service and were shocked to find out the oil and filter hadn’t been changed even though it was listed in the final statement . We went back next day and thanks to Henry it was f find out the oil and filter hadn’t been changed even though it was listed in the final statement . We went back next day and thanks to Henry it was finally changed. Kudos to Henry for doing the right thing . Honesty should always be above all . Could you imagine what could’ve happened if the car kept on going for another 10,000 miles without an oil change ?? More
