My experience was absolutely horrible. I had an appointment and waited almost 20 mins for him to get to me. He then told me it would take 45 mins so I had my ride (mom) take my infant daughter home and decided to stay to not make the trip back and forth. The service took over 2 hours. After 2 hours I walked up to get an update and he mentioned casually that my car was coming out soon. Due to COVID, I did not feel comfortable sitting inside since most of your staff was unmasked so I sat outside for over 2 hours. I was in tears when I left and could not believe I spent so much time and money getting a battery when I could have gone to Wal Mart for better service. When I want to upgrade my Highlander, I will make sure to use a different Toyota Dealership. More
