This Gentleman completel This was the sixth car I have bought/leased from Herb Chambers BMW of Boston. Why? you may ask? The sole reason, Mr. Eslami. This Gentleman completely destroys the stereotype or the stigma attached to the term "Car Salesman". I have not used this term since 2003. Hadi is honest, genuine and professional. He seriously forgets about any commission he would make when it comes to keeping his clients happy and satisfied. I am suspicious of every business deal I make and that makes me to be always in doubt that "I could have gotten a better deal". Not with Mr. Eslami. He is a man of his word and for me, a hand shake means much more than any document I have to sign. This is an extremely rare occurrence for me. If you are looking for a great automobile at a very reasonable cost, look no farther. Call Mr. Eslami and the rest of your plan to buy or lease a car falls into place before you know it. S. Bad experience I had a 2011 E350 fully loaded and I went to lease a 2013 BMW 535 XI some how they convinced me to get a 528 XI the car wasn't available to test dr I had a 2011 E350 fully loaded and I went to lease a 2013 BMW 535 XI some how they convinced me to get a 528 XI the car wasn't available to test drive and they told me that it's at another dealership because of the parking issue in Boston, I was concerned about the new car that it 's a 4 cylinder and I have told the sales person that I drive an E 350 then he said that I would be happy with the car, I picked up the car, 5 Days later I called about navigation,heating system, Greasy oil smell inside the vehicle as well loud motor and water pump. The response was just put one thousand miles on it then See if I would like it or not ( 17minutes conversation) , Then problems start to get worse, I called back again and I said that I don't want that vehicle, guess what they said oh it's too late otherwise I have to pay way more money to get out of the lease to change the car, one of the problems that I tried to wipe the seats the dye came off on the towel, the car drives like a pick up truck and you can hear every thing under the hood, it's really not a good quality as well I went along with a senior tech and he is expecting me to drive it like an old fellow, it's really crazy that I am stuck with that vehicle till the end of the lease. They get you with good greetings emails. To me actions speaks louder than words !!!!! Summary I would never buy any car from that branch again because. 1- I didn't test drive the car that I bought 2- they convince the customer to put a one first thousand miles then see if they like it (too late then) 3- you go to customer service they totally ignore the issue and they say that it's not found. 4- 2 month to get a service appointment . We accepted, and she set up an appointment with Hadi Eslami. It's been a remarkably excellent experience from then on. He's answered all of our questions expertly, and been very friendly and personable. He helped set up appointments at other dealerships that we were comparing BMW with; took us on multiple test drives; and made sure we knew all the working details of the car we were interested in. After not wanting to return to this dealership, we are now purchasing a car from them! Hadi's been very careful to make sure we got the exact car that we wanted, and he's been good about communicating throughout the process so far. Melissa also followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied. If we'd only worked with Hadi first, this review would be all 5s.
