I brought in my suv for an oil change. The mechanic name Cuong Ngo was the random mechanic i had for this service. He did a thorough detailed inspection and pointed out all the issues and The mechanic name Cuong Ngo was the random mechanic i had for this service. He did a thorough detailed inspection and pointed out all the issues and worn parts that needed attention, and needed to be fix. He also included nice detailed photos showing the worn/ broken part and/or the area that needed service to be done. He is an excellent, very knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanic that I ever had.
