Hi Roxana, We’re sorry you feel this way. Our service team spent a considerable amount of time inspecting your vehicle and addressing the rattle you reported. Multiple technicians were involved in the diagnosis, interior panels were removed to inspect clips and components, and several areas were insulated in an effort to eliminate the noise. You were also provided a loaner vehicle while our team worked on the concern. During a test drive together, the sound you mentioned could also be heard in another identical model, which indicated it appears to be a normal characteristic rather than a defect specific to your vehicle. – Lithia Hyundai of Reno Service Team
